Do you ship?

Yes, we can ship kittens to most locations within the United States with either one of us as your personal flight nanny or with a USDA certified ground transporter.

How long have you been breeding?

While our Maine Coon cattery is fairly new, we have been breeding since 2014. We specialize in Maine Coons and Shetland Sheepdogs.

Where do Maine Coons come from?

Maine Coons originate from Maine, USA. They are said to come from Vikings or early American settlers.

How big do Maine Coons get?

Maine Coons are known for their shaggy fur, tufted ears, and large size. Females are generally smaller, at about 10-15 lbs with the males usually much larger at 20-25 lbs. Larger or smaller sizes are not unheard of.

What is the lifespan of Maine Coons?

Typical lifespan is 12-15+ years.

What are Maine Coon grooming needs?

In order to decrease mats and shedding, frequent brushing is a requirement.

Are Maine Coon cats good with children and other pets?

Maine Coons are known for their playful and gentle nature, often being referred to as "Gentle Giants" or "dog-like." In fact, our Maine Coons are raised with other cats, dogs, and children (including a very young one).

Do Maine Coon Cats have any special health concerns?

Without responsible breeding, they can. However, our cats have been genetically screened to decrease the risk of health concerns.
